The nature of our business means that we will have a larger carbon footprint than the average business. We have put a lot of time into trialling and testing technologies, equipment and new ideas across all aspects of our business in an effort to improve efficiencies wherever we can.

Our Fleet

• We have invested in the most modern, efficient, premium Scania trucks

• Our trucks all have aero kits fitted which results in greater fuel efficiency

• Every truck is monitored using modern telematics reporting systems. This allows us to identify and improve areas of driving behaviour where needed, such as excessive idling time, harsh acceleration/braking etc, increasing overall efficiency

• All of our vehicles have the most modern exhaust and catalytic converter systems which means vastly improved exhaust emissions

• All of our used engine oil is recycled and used as fuel in heating systems

• We have recently signed an agreement with Michelin, to use their tyres exclusively which are proven to be the most efficient and carbon friendly tyres

• We will continue to trial and test new technologies and developments across all areas of our business ensuring we can be as environmentally kind as we can be
